Carefully repackage the product in its original shipping materials to ensure it remains protected during transit and meets our quality standards.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional furniture pickup for larger items.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
